DESCRIPTION:Are you a talented teen artist or are stick figures more your speed? Either way the Davenport Public Library wants you to join “The Great Design.” This unique, FREE program gives teens the opportunity to create large-scale art by themselves or in groups using pencils, pens, and other media to design worlds. Every Wednesday, January through May, The Great Design is being held at 3:00 p.m. at the Eastern Avenue Branch (6000 Eastern Avenue).
